Nutrition is more than a review of the food you consume on a regular basis.

In order to know what foods are important to include and remove, we need to know what nutrients are essential and for this to occur, we need to be clear about the physiology (and sometimes pathophysiology) of the human body.

I know this is not your forte, so please allow me to pick up the slack for you!

I know you don’t like to read study after study at the end of your long and sometimes difficult day but the good news is, that’s what I’m here for.

My brain loves to consume knowledge about the way the body works and even more than that, I love to question the information I read. I do this on your behalf, so that when you turn up for a session with me, you can be sure that you’re receiving the best care.

I believe Nutrition is the foundation of health.

Digestive (gut), adrenal, thyroid, liver and hormonal health are the most common issues I see with my clients.

Once we implement gentle lifestyle change, tweak the food you eat and address your mindset (goodbye emotional blocks!), you will become healthier and happier.

You will feel like the true you, again.

You will have more energy and you will be able to sustain it.

You will have calmer thoughts and the tools at your disposal to slow them if they start racing again.

You will learn how to manage your hormones through food, mindset shifts and lifestyle changes such as exercise.

You will fall asleep easier (goodbye overthinking!) and stay asleep.

You will stop over giving to others, because you will learn to nourish yourself.

Your tummy will feel lighter and your clothes will start to feel better on.

My clients who achieve the best results combine Kinesiology with Nutrition in their sessions, so they can deal with the emotional and mental aspects along with the physiological and nutritional aspects of their issues.

When you book your initial session, there will be a question in the form whether you’d like to combine Kinesiology and Nutrition or just focus on one area.
