Nutrition is more than a review of the food you consume on a regular basis.
In order to know what foods are important to include and remove, we need to know what nutrients are essential and for this to occur, we need to be clear about the physiology (and sometimes pathophysiology) of the human body.
I know this is not your forte, so please allow me to pick up the slack for you!
